3. Name Your New CampusGRID Site

	Here you can provide us with your preference for the name of your new CampusGRID site. You may also leave these fields empty and we will select an available name based on your school information. (Note: you may use your own web site address for your site, e.g. myschool.org, but you must register this name yourself and then advise us that you will use this in addition to your assigned CampusGRID url. Both url's will then work for your new site. You still have a default CampusGRID url, so please still enter your choice of default name)
	Name Choice #1: (e.g. lhs)
	Name Choice #2: (e.g. lincolnhs)
	Your web site address (url) will be of the form: myname.st.campusgrid.net, (where 'st' is an abbreviation of your state or country). Please enter up to two choices for your site name (to replace myname). The name must be all one word with no spaces or punctuation except for hyphen (-). For example, if your school is Lincoln High School, your selections might include: lh, lhs, lincoln, or lincolnhs.

If you have an existing school web site and you'd like to save time getting started, just check this box and we will copy over the content of your existing web site to your new CampusGRID web site. It's the quickest way to get started and there is no obligation to you! Just be sure that you gave us your existing site's address (URL) above! Note: This will not affect your existing site in any way.

Be sure to tell us your school colors below if you would like us to use them for the new website's initial setup. You may always change them later.

Please note:

Registering gives you a free 30 day trial of our school website and newsletter services, which you may start using right away! If our service does not suit your needs, you may cancel anytime before the trial period is up and there is no charge.
After your trial period is complete, we will send you an invoice which is then due in 30 days. If you decide to continue our services, simply pay the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date. If different billing method is desired, please let us know.
Shortly after we receive this registration form, we will set up your trial web site and newsletter. We will email you its new site address (URL) and password. This will be sent to the email address provided to us here, so be sure that your email address is typed correctly.
Be sure to read our Terms of Service. You must agree to these terms to use the CampusGRID service as a permanent web site for your school or organization.
